Optimist Comics Academy – Week 1

Restoried Bookshop is excited to host the Wednesday sessions for Optimist Comics Academy- HERE in Albany Park!
For area middle and high school students with a passion for storytelling, this is an incredible chance to learn from professionals how to take your stories from shaping your idea to finishing the program with a published comic in your hand. Additionally, the end of the program culminates in a convention where participants across the city can showcase their hard work and what they’ve created.
Courses are held weekly here at Restoried from 4:30pm-6:30pm for 10 weeks. You can read all about the academy and sign up on their website!
