Our Shop

Located in the heart of Albany Park, we are working to build community through the love of reading- while also celebrating the diverse voices and stories of our community. Our primary focus is on Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander authors- anyone whose roots trace back to anywhere from Hawai’i to Palestine. We curate a variety of genres and try to keep stocked up for all ages- we’re glad to help narrow down the list to find just the right book(s) for you. While that is our primary focus, we also curate titles by Black, Indigenous, and Latine authors as well as a section of our shop focused on authors of any background from Chicagoland.

We are cultivating a space where neighbors can come together- whether meeting friends, making new connections, or joining your neighbors at an event. All in a space not unlike a neighborhood living room.

We are glad to host book clubs, community meetings, and other opportunities for neighbors to get to know one another. For private use of the space, or during our off-hours, please reach out to us.
